The Bay County Bar Association (BCBA) is a voluntary organization serving attorneys, judges, legal professionals, and the public in Bay County, Florida, and the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. 

Aritlce III of the BCBA's Articles of Incorporation provide our mission statement: to promote community understanding of the legal profession, the interaction and exchange of ideas and information among the membership and their continued education and training.
